Joe has a bachelors degree in Industrial Technologies. But just as importantly Joe has experience in the school of hard knocks which he earned during his 25 years remodeling and restoring homes.
As a licensed inspector since 2006, Joe has inspected more than 1000 homes in the Aberdeen area. He'll bring all of this experience with him to your home inspection.
During the 2 to 3 hour inspection - which you are welcome to attend - Joe will point out any major flaws you may not have noticed or do not have the expertise to recognize. He will provide you with a confidential report with photos and explain why any particular items are mentioned.
